Dr. Talley: For over 15 years, Dr. Talley has been practicing pain management and providing relief to those suffering from back, neck and joint pain. Dr. Talley has performed over 20,000 pain relief procedures. Dr Talley's is passionate about helping his patients by helping relieve their pain in a caring and comfortable environment.
Dr. Talley graduated with honors from Florida State University with a degree in Chemistry, and from The Emory School of Medicine, where he also completed his internship.
He is Board Certified by the ABA and is an advanced pain specialist, and is a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. He is currently the Medical Director of MD Pain Care and the Ambulatory Surgery Center. Dr Talley is on the Medical Staff at Rockdale Hospital and also at Athens Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Talley has served as Chief of Anesthesia and Medical Director of the Pain Clinic at a Hospital in the Greater Atlanta Area, and is a former member of the United States Air Force Reserve.
Dr. Sadik N. Haba: Dr. Haba is the newest physician to join our team of specialists at MDPC. He graduated with honors from Washington & Jefferson College located in Washington, PA with a degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology. After completing medical school at the University College Dublin in Ireland, also graduating with honors, he then began his General Surgery Internship at Tufts Medical Center (the flagship teaching hospital for Tufts University School of Medicine) in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Haba then finished his Anesthesiology residency at Tufts Medical Center and was voted by his professors the most outstanding resident graduate of his class. With a keen interest in Interventional Pain medicine, Dr. Haba then completed his fellowship training at the world renowned Harvard Medical School. Once again, he was voted by his professors at Harvard to receive the award for the best fellow graduate of the year. He was then invited to stay on as staff at the prestigious Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center serving as an Instructor at Harvard Medical School teaching residents and fellows the art and science of Interventional Pain medicine. It was during this time that Dr. Haba also received advanced training in Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery from the pioneers and leaders in this field in the United States and in Germany. From there he was commissioned to start the first Minimally Invasive Spinal Intervention facility in the country of Jordan. This opportunity afforded a unique and one of a kind experience to further advance Dr. Haba's already vast knowledge in spinal pain care. Having now joined our practice, Dr. Haba is pleased to call Georgia home.
Dr. Haba is bi-boarded by the American Board of Medical Specialties in both Anesthesiology and in Pain Medicine. He has attended and taught numerous courses and labs in his field. Although well versed with the gamut of Interventional Pain Medicine & Surgery, he has extensive experience and passion for Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery for the treatment of herniated discs and spinal stenosis.
Dr. Haba is on staff at MDPC's Ambulatory Surgery Center as well as Rockdale Medical Center and at Athens General Hospital.
Beth Jackson, P.A.-C: Ms. Jackson is our Certified Physician Assistant, and as such is a key member of our medical staff. Ms. Jackson works closely with Dr. Talley and Dr. Haba to facilitate exceptional patient care.
Ms. Jackson completed her medical training at Midwestern University, located in metro Chicago. Ms. Jackson moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 2010 and joined the MD Pain Care team in 2011 as our trusted Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C).
She enjoys performing new patient visits as well as office follow-ups with our patients. She is currently on staff at both Rockdale Medical Center and Athens Regional Hospital.
